I don't buy from dealers that put there stickers on the paint. Dealer plate is plenty of ad space.

To answer op question, 5-15 miles for transportation to and from plant to rail to truck to lot is normal for new ordered vehicle. Yes if manufacturer tests vehicle, at random, it will list that it was tested and how many miles were on it after the test. All of this has to be documented. No a dealer will not test or joyride it other than to dealer wash and prep it for final sale, and to fill with gas.
