I’ve had a bunch of updates one that even said Alexa enabled yet I still don’t see the Alexa option in settings for my 2021

Look for this symbol at the top of your screen.
Touch it to enable Alexa.

Yeah I know what to look for. Alexa is not even available in the settings menu, which the instructions online say I have to go to enable. Do you have Alexa and a 2021 bronco?

Have a 22. Figured if you had an update that said Alexa was enabled , the symbol might be there.

I had it and used it on the 2021 Outer Banks that I sold. Supposed to have it on my 2022 Badlands, but haven’t looked for it yet.

I wonder if I’m the only 2021 in the world without it. My software version is 2.3.2

We use Alexa All the time in our household. My 2022 came with it (sorry can't check software version at the moment)

However for Alexa fans, some bad news.. apparently for some reason you can't set reminders which is one of the features I use the most.

I can sort of understand why since a reminder normally gets announced on the device you said it with (And you may or may not be in the Bronco at the time)... But Amazon since the reminder to your phone as well so it should do it... Hopefully they'll fix this soon.

Another thing we noticed, was if you're streaming music and you shut the Bronco off, when it powers back on it doesn't go back. Unlike all the other source settings that seem to remember between power cycles, Alexa does not.

I had to go into my Bronco Setting and enable Alexa, pretty straight forward. Also downloaded the FordPass skill in my Alexa app, so I can conrol my Bronco with my Alexa Home enabled devices

I have a '21 and pretty sure Alexa works through your cell and you need to turn her on for her to be in the bronco. I'll check again tomorrow when I'm out.

I have a 22 and got the Alexa added on an over the air update. No I still don’t have the CarPlay wide screen yet. But Alexa did come on and I activated it for my house and I can now speak to my bronco and have it turn on and off my lights in my house and do other things.

I just tried to enable the Alexa skill and it recognized the Bronco on the Alexa phone app so we’ll see if that works now.
