Picked up the Bronco last week and just saw a video of the ford headliner. It’s on my window sticker but not installed on the rig.
Went back to the dealer and manager is … well being a manager and no I’m wrong it’s fine attitude.
Also had upgraded mats on my sticker and they tossed junk ones in.
Anyone else missing stuff?

Going to call back Monday and see if anyone is over this guys head. If not I’ll see if ford can straighten them out

By law the vehicle has to be sold with whatever is on the window sticker. Dealers can’t “ swap” wheels off one vehicle to another to make a sale. It all has to match.

Oh yes indeed!
I had multiple "dealer prep" issues when I went to pickup my Bronco -- the most obvious "shenanigan" was the tow package went missing.

The manager told me I didn't order a tow package. Since I still had the window sticker in my hand, I showed him that I had indeed ordered one. He replied "well it came without one" and I would have to contact Ford. I explained that the tow package is a "dealer installed" option. I observed my salesman was remaining silent on the side. I've had problems with this floor manager many months earlier when I refused to buy one of the many 4 door automatic Broncos or Raptors from his lot. So, I said he better find the hitch and I was going home to contact Ford about these delays. The hitch was found the next morning, installed that day, and we picked up the Bronco after dinner.

Only sticker option missing from mine was the tow hitch and they proactively filled out a “we owe you this” form at the time of sale without me asking. They said they had the hitch kit in stock and offered to let me take it home. I told them to keep it until they could install it. I went back a couple of weeks later and they put it on.

Please tell me you gave him 1 star reviews.

Many years ago, we bought my father an Acura MDX. The woman at the dealership was an idiot, and the whole experience was exactly like every bad dealership story you've heard. So we gave her 1 star reviews.

FF to a few weeks later, and he takes the car in for something or another. I'm in the parking lot waiting for him; this woman comes to the dealership door, about 40 yards from me, and starts yelling about "why did you give me such bad reviews, that cost me money". Um, lady, maybe you should go review the security camera footage from you standing there in the doorway yelling and tell ME why I gave you such bad reviews.

I bought a Bronco what was supposed have floor liners according to the window sticker. I noticed they weren't actually installed, and told the salesman. He said that it was common they would get swapped from other vehicles on the lot, and went back to parts to get new ones for me.

He must have been in a hurry, I ended up with Raptor liners which didn't quite fit in the front.

If they don’t fix the issue, then remind them that bait & switch is illegal.

To this day, I have not submitted a review at all.
I only ordered from that dealership because they are just 4 miles away and they still had 2024 allocations available. I have owned a lot of Fords over the last 20 years, but I typically go to other Ford dealerships further away.

The salesman that I worked with is fine. It is the managers that are the problem with that dealership. That dealership has gone through a few new owners over the years, but it has kept the same sales management.

By the way, I later learned the management had several backup buyers for my Bronco at thousand dollars above MSRP. They had so many people calling daily to buy my 2 door manual that they had to remove my Bronco from the "coming soon" section of the dealership's website. My salesman said his manager was shocked. I asked if it was his same manager that thought I was crazy for ordering a manual 2 door. The salesman smiled and said a few guys even suggested the dealership should consider some of their allocation for 2 doors. I asked if they would be ordering those as MTs. He laughed out loud and said they can't even get them to order 2 doors so the MTs would definitely never happen. I laughed, shook his hand, and wished him good luck. As I drove away, and as we waived to each other, he yelled to me "But I do think you're on to something with your Bronco". I still pray for him. Maybe he will get a job opportunity at a better dealership somewhere.

My tube doors arrived after my Bronco, I don't remember any issues at all. I think they gave me a "we owe" slip. When I showed up to drive them home, it didn't look like they'd fit inside. I told the dealer I'd take the doors off at home, come back, and put the tube doors on and drive home. Dealership said don't bother going to that trouble, we got a guy that lives out your way who drives a pickup, we'll just send him home with the doors and he can swing by your place and drop them off, which he did.
