We have the hard top, but we were so excited we did not see the retractable twill top charge.
we have the molded hard top, but the dealer did not give us the soft top. Am I missing something? “Literally”
What should I do?

Go back to the dealer. They probably have it stored in their parts department.

Do have the safe installed in the center console under the armrest?

No, I looked the safe up and it’s not there. They kept saying we could pay thousands over sticker. But never said
If the option is on the Monroney sticker and you bought the vehicle as new, then you paid for it - no matter who originally ordered it. Let the manager know you are missing something.

These “factory ordered accessories” come in separate and the salesperson needs to go check with parts. I used to work in parts at a ford dealer and so many salespeople forgot about this stuff.

Agreed. I hope this is just a simple mistake where they're sitting in the Parts department and the sales person was not aware. Or maybe they haven't arrived yet - Either way, a simple resolution.

Hoping they didn't try to keep them to sell to another customer to increase their profit. If they did, that's pretty shady.

But best to give them the opportunity to sort it out first. If the salesperson isn't helpful, then ask to speak to their sales manager.
