I just had Safelite replace my windshield a couple of hours ago. I have a small black plastic piece with a cone on one side and removed sticky tape on the opposite flat side that I found in the passenger floor. It is marked "FJP-488-G" on the conical side. My searching hasn't turned up anything. Anyone recognize it?

I believe I may have found the answer. If you look at the driver and passenger side upper interior windshield, there is a plastic section that then raises to the full windshield height. At the very outside edge, I can see where the double sided tape was. I believe these lowered corners are to help position the windshield, thus leading me to Google windshield locator pins. Apparently, it's a thing...
