Step 1: I need to locate a CNC machine that can handle a single chunk of material that size. And I'm talking about for a four door.

I don‘t know who all has machine capacity in the area, but some of the tooling suppliers might have a bed big enough to hog it out. @EIGHTLUG One you could probably do in your sleep is a dune flag mount. I don't know the typical requirements for a flag, but I like this option I recently saw, mounted to the rear. Front modular bumper mount could also be an option, but aesthetically, I like the rear.

I like this idea although a dune flag in that location will most certainly cause rash against the body.
