ARB Summit Bumper damaged and missing hardware

Well I finally got to pick up my ARB Bumper from 4 wheel parts Wednesday. Got it home unwrapped it and all the mounting hardware was missing and the bumper was damaged. I've reached out to both 4 WheelParts and ARB about what to do. No answer from either of them yet @Ryan at ARB its sad when you spend so much money and this what you get in return. I hope to hear back from someone!

Sorry the bumper arrived in such poor condition. 4 Wheel Parts would be in charge of resolving the issue since it sounds like it shipped from them.

We might be able to speed up the process a bit. I will message you on the side with details.

I tried twice and both times my ARB Zenith was scratched up and parts box was a disaster. Packaging and shipping at ARB has to get much better. Gave up and just decided to go with another bumper after having to ship back twice at FedEx. Good Luck.

Oh dang. That’s tough. They really do need to step up for you, being that far away.

I’ve have good success ordering ARB bumpers through my 4WP store. Of course my store is only 10 minutes away, so it’s been fairly “low risk” for me…

Yeah hopefully I they can get it fixed. I didn't even receive my mounting hardware box. If they don't get it fixed I Probably will just go with the Icon bumper. But I like the ARB but shipping problems/damage may change my mind.

Look dented? Or is that an optical illusion? No aftermarket offroad bumper should be able to get damaged like that.

I just received my Summit bumper...the packaging and shipping is horrible. But fortunately i have all the parts and pieces and no damage. I will say I emailed their service department ref the B&W photos in that are included. They emailed me the .pdf file and it is in color. It is legit...1000% better. and they did it in about 5mins after i sent email...so...kudos for the cistomer service department....now the daunting task of install!!

Thanks @Ryan at ARB Installed the ARB Summit Bumper this past weekend. Just to let everyone know ARB Customer Service is top notch. Not only Did Ryan here on the forum help me out when 4 Wheel Parts dropped the ball. He got the old damaged bumper picked up by ARB on a Tuesday and Thursday I received a new one. Packaging this time was great and all hardware was in the box like it should have been from 4Wheelparts.

Looks great, I'm leaning towards this bumper for protection. ARB has a long history of building tough bumpers, and I have read a a lot of positive feedback of the company. Don't be afraid to post more pictures
