Did anyone have to upgrade the springs? I have a BadSquatch and curious about the stock springs handling this.
just finished the install...zero issues with springs...rides and handles like a champ. I dont have the winch yet...but i'm not worried about that additional weight.

I used a 12" extension...got it off of Amazon...plenty of length. I do have to make some adjustments for the adaptive cruise control...i do not have enough length for that one. super happy with the bumper though...will post pics at a later date

Just finished the install. All lights are operational with the exception of the turns. I did it want to do them. Also rerouted the ACC and added a spacer to the bumper. No crazy issues.

Here is mine installed. Waiting for the Diode Dynamics fog lights.

The bumper moves the camera, the radar and all parking sensors. The license plate mount came with it.

Only issue I've had is the camera relocation is for no front plate so you can see the top of the plate on the screen.

We just got back from a 3600 mile road trip. A lot of winding mountain roads. Running with the stock suspension and you can tell there is extra weight on the front but it isn't too bad.
I have one on my Ranger and absolutely love it, considering this for the Bronco as well. How has it been to this point? Also, did you have to rotate the winch clutch? (I did for the Ranger).

This appears to be the beefiest option that offers great protection. I assume that the winch cannot be added later without removing the bumper. Is that correct?

this is the best choice of bumper I can see how beefy it is and Had concerns about upgrading the suspension to handle all that weight 300 lbs? and was looking at the old man emu kits but alas nothing for the Two Door ! but if you guys did not need to that great!

Struggling with some hardware. This diagram calls for “packers” and I don’t see anything that would resemble a nylon packer. Any help/thoughts?

you have everything you need already assembled on the two long bolts. packers are washer like and are metal.
