Using the other models as examples. Except the Base all 4 doors models are $2495 more than 2 doors. That should make the Base 4 door MSRP $30995. Add the 10 Speed Auto which is an additional $1595 on all models excluding Outerbanks, Wildtrak and First Edition which are baked into their MSRP. So using that formula $28500+$2495+$1595=$32590. The Base 4 door is costing an additional $610 against the Big Bend, Black Diamond and Badlands Trims. It's a strategy to to make you upgrade at least to Big Bend or Black Diamond.Just noticed the Base 4 door is $33,200 again? With an auto tranny... i would be able to afford this!!!
I realize that Ford wants an entry level cost under 30K but they really don't want to sell it. So my conclusion is technically correct against the other models. Still a strategy to make you upgrade to a higher trim. Plus on MSRP vs Invoice if that's what your dealer is doing the average difference is at least $1500 compared to the Base of $5-600.

As far as I can tell by the pricing list '21 MY are correct. If you look at it they are now including the Mid Package and the Advanced 4x4 into the Total MSRP instead of stand alone options. Example is Black Diamond 2 door Base MSRP + Mid Package + Advanced 4x4 should equal $38340 but on the price sheet it's $38440. I can't account for the extra $100. Look at the pricing list, it's on the forum. As for '22, who knows?
