Update, I spoke with the manager the other day. After explaining to him that my original salesman never mentioned anything about add-ons. I also told him when I was advised that I could use z-plan, I never assumed add-ons would be added because Ford does not allow add-ons on plan vehicles. He spoke to the GM and there won't be any add-ons. I was happy about that. I then asked him why they won't honor z-plan since I was told I could use it in 2021. The manager said he agreed, however, since the delearship changed hands in January, the new owner is not allowing z-plan. I have a call into the GM.
