Hey there!

We totally get where you’re coming from. There were definitely some bumps early on with older batches of our flush-mounted tail lights, but customer feedback really helped us dial things in.

Since then, we’ve made several updates to the design and manufacturing process to address those concerns. We’ve also tightened up our quality control to make sure every set goes out meeting the new standards.

We’re proud of how far the product has come, and we’d be happy to support you through any pending warranty claims as needed. We’re here to make sure it’s a smooth experience from start to finish, so just send us a DM if we can help in any way.

-Brittany
If you know there was an issue you should replace his lights.

One of my taillights went out recently. I contacted Oracle last week and they asked for pics of the tail light, which I sent on Friday. I haven’t heard back yet. Mine are about 2-years old - out of warranty. I hoping they stand by their product. I have other Oracle lights that have performed well.

They did your warranty is up you're done! Why should they replace something that's out of warranty?

Brittany told me that she ordered a new taillight for me and will share the shipping information once shipped.
Oracle is standing by their product, even though it was out of warranty. You can’t ask any more than that from a company.
I’m very pleased with Oracles customer service.

Because they’ve acknowledged there were potential issues with early production models and they want to make sure they have customers in the future. So they are doing the right thing regardless of what the warranty was at the time of purchase.

Besides, I rock the DRL in Amber (can't do that with the OEM set I believe), used to rock it in Red... til the damn po po decided to give me grief. 🤬
DRL in amber is available via Fortran.

Red in the front is a no no as you found out from the po po.

The @ORACLE Lighting lights were cool at first but come to find out that they have a common defect which is the long red strip failing. Unfortunately for a customer, these are not replaceable as you have to replace the whole unit. As a double dinger, no company sells individual units so if you have a strip fail (and it will fail, look up the amount of posts on forums about this), you have to purchase another set. What a joke. Please avoid and save yourself some extra money and heartache.
I've had mine for almost 1 year now, so far so good!

I'm glad everyone was taken care of. I have oracle lights on my jeeps and love them. Great to hear they stand behind their products.

Oracle just delivered the replacement tail light. They stood by their product, even beyond the warranty. I’m very pleased with their customer service. I have other Oracle lights that have also served me well. I will continue to do business with this company.

I got mine as a gift less than two years ago and the passenger side started acting up a few weeks ago. Glad I found this forum as I contacted oracle and because I received them as a gift from someone whom I am no longer in contact with, and they are out of the warranty period they can’t do anything about it. I really enjoy these taillights and they are truly a step up from the stock ones, but I do wish I had known about the issues they have.

I had a similar experience. Mine came on a vehicle I bought used. The passenger side is starting to fail so I reached out to Oracle. My only option was to purchase just the passenger side. My concern is that the driver side would soon go out as well. I think I’m better off starting over with another company.

If the driver's side does go out, send me a DM if you need assistance.

I’m in the same boat. Purchased mine in April 24 and the other night my buddy driving behind me tells me my drivers side tail light is out. I was so praying I had the good ones that would last because I loved these things and really don’t want any others but I can’t throw good money after bad. I’m a few months out of warranty. Sucks.

I’m glad oracle seems to be helping everyone but myself on this thread. I love these lights but I am not willing/able to currently dish out the dough required to purchase from oracle again. It looks like I’ll have to go back to the stock lights as much as I don’t want to.
