Here is a different angle- highlights the contrast more- seems fairly accurate to me. I’m not sure if these comparisons are helpful anymore since the color is showing up on the road and at dealerships now.

From first week resy to final delivery! Was one of the mythical painted hard top orderers who got grandfathered and delayed multiple times, but since they finally removed it for 2023 I was a week 1 build.

I had to be one of if not the first to get this color; surely the first to wrap it! Xpel stealth wrap. IAG steps. Matched front tints to back, 50% on front.

First time seeing AGM in person!

Didn't want to start another thread, so here's some bad weather day side-by-side shots for the "AGM L00ks tHe saMe aS A51" haters.

A51 has more "teal" tones, AGM is more blueish and of course has a metallic shift

Stopped by Riverside Ford to pickup a tow and instantly spotted an AGM Tremor in the crowd! Bonus AMB slotted between them.

Originally Cyber Orange in 21 until I saw it was actually school bus yellow.
Changed to Cactus Gray for 22 order. Since it was discontinued, I tacked on $995 for metal flake Area 51 on the 23 order. I thought it would be unique or at least rare.
There's actually another AGM Badlands at my daughter's HS. At least she likes the color

Full Disclosure: haven't gone through this whole thread to look.... This color isn't for me so I don't follow this thread much.

However, to extend the olive branch and hopefully help others I snapped some macro pics of Area 52 last night at the lot to show the tri-coats metallic base layer. Personally I would put this tri-coat, like almost every tri-coat Ford does, at the lower end of the spectrum in terms of presentation. It's very subtle and I think the point of a tri-coat should be what Mazda has been doing for years with their Soul Red Crystal paints (and still only a $595 charge in 2023).

Anyway, the pics:

And the inspection lamp used for the above is an ASTRO 50slmax full-spectrum sun lamp, so the color should be a true representation (before the cell phone and dealership lighting alter it)

I'll try and get some more in the sun light, but here's a good one of it across the hood with some decent reflections. I'll work on getting some pictures next to an A51 as well. When I swung back by the dealer today, the A51 was already picked up.

Welp, finally got a chance to see Azure Gray in the flesh today, O.C. Welch had a F150 Raptor in stock so I guess I finally timed it right. To be honest, I'm not in love with it, it's nice and it's the only option I'd still pick for my Heritage Edition. Don't know what it was that didn't wow me, it was a nice sunny day and it was parked between an Oxford White Mustang and a Iconic Silver F150 so good light colors to not throw reflections at the AGM.

Anyrate, below are not new to anyone pics but it was allot darker than the pictures showed which was odd. Maybe it needs to be out on its own for me to appreciate it from all angles more and I do feel that with the OW top and features it'll break it up some.

I'm still sticking with the color and I think I would have been wowed with it if it looked like the pictures I took but up close in person it is was as dark as some of the cloudy pictures I'd seen. It was just hard for me to process what it really wanted to be.

Yeah, I’m definitely sticking with it as my modules popped today lol. Normally I’m not a fan of metallics but IMO it’s much better than any other available Everglades color and MUCH better than A51. All I see is the yellow in A51 and it looks teal to me now… plus AGM matches my ‘71 better
