Outstanding build! Thanks for posting wheel/tire information. Going with the Pro Comps in natural aluminum For my EG Base Squatch. I’ve had good service out of TA’s on previous trucks. I’m not liking the all white grilles out there; wonder if you would be doing a VB satin/white mix on the grille?
I’m not a big fan on the white grill but I have seen it done well once. The grill matches sorta well to the. Black plastic so it’s not a priority for me.

Thanks for the kind words, original post has been updated with more detailed photos of what has been completed. Here is a list of what is in the works:

The current OB grill is temporary. I thought I liked it more than the cheese grater badlands grill but now I like the badlands grill more lol. the grill cracked when removing it so I had it fixed.

Frame mounted custom Rock sliders- I am not liking what is on the market so I am getting something fabricated. hoping to solve some issues I have with the body protection.

After much thought I decided to get the roof wrapped satin white. Hope to have it done in February so updates coming.

I have my eyes on the rough country hidden winch mount but I am concerned with it being so low. I have never had a winch before so if anyone has an opinion on it let me know.
Only thing I can share about winch placement is that you don't want a winch so low that it becomes a plow, same way as a tow hitch can become an anchor out back if the bumper isn't done well and if it were to hang too low.

A lift of a couple inches can alleviate some of this concern, but to be done right to go wheel, that means basically a suspension upgrade, which you stated may not being ready to do just yet, which is understandable.

Unless you plan to hit some serious rocks, right now, use your MaxTrax and stay off the big rocks until you're more comfortable with adding a lift and new bumper, upgraded skid or incorporated in a bumper that is lower, but keeps everything protected. I've seen a prototype that looks to meet the needs, but can't remember who the manufacturer is. Sort of a tube design with a nice skid up front.

I'll definitely check into the QC issue on Black Rhino. Thank you for the tip off. The 1552 Analogs look pretty sweet as well, but your procomps look fantastic. I'm following your build post now, really looking forward to watching the progress!! Stay Safe and Enjoy
I really wanted slotted wheels like the analogs. The pro comps were like 159$/wheel when I bought them so it was a no brainer

Guy buys a badlands for sway bar disco. Pays to swap out the grille to a BB which he prefers, and incorporate blue/white interior bits to basically override Ford's yellow accents for the BL trim. Also orders a sasquatch to get the factory settings, then pays to swap out not only the tires but the rims. Badland unlocks high/lux, goes for the high, then says no to the lux and does his own soundproofing and stereo system the right way.

Gotta love this guy. No expense spared to get this equipped just how he likes it.

1. yes
2. youtube has lots of good videos. measure 3 times. Iprobably had to do this 3 times before I got a length that I liked.
3,4,5 2 existing bolts on the airbag cover
6. thank you, I wrapped them twice.
I love the idea here of the paracord handles!!! Everyone is complaining to me that the handles are in the wrong spot to climb in... especially for the backseat passengers.

Are you concerned at all about the grab handle being in the way of the airbag?

1. Had to cut the opening larger for the camera
2. Had to trim back plate that holds the camera on
3. Had to drill out letters then bond with 3M adhesive.
Thanks for the info , good to know I will not need the inner baffle section.

When looking at the exploded parts diagram, each grill has a proprietary inner part .

No, there are already bolts there. I think the airbag deploys below it, not too sure

Correct, but as you can see in some photos. My badlands backing plate for the camera blocks 2/3 of the top opening. If you look at a real BB 2/3 are open and only the middle is blocked

do you think the RC is too low? I feel like it is limited on angle. not sure if im over thinking it, but I prefer that look over everything else out on the market
I don't believe the Rough Country hidden winch will fit the 2.7L broncos (intercooler in the way?). I'd almost change my order from 2.7L to 2.3L to have a winch that is out of the way and doesn't hang way out off the front. I recently got a Ranger with the 2.3L and it is more peppy than I expected.

Where did you find an exploded parts diagram for the grills? I’m really sucking at the interwebs tonight and for the life of me can’t find one!
