Did some photo analysis, and here is what I came up with for relative dimensions No Sasquatch Badlands vs Sasquatch Wildtrack:

Ford Bronco Badlands Bronco Thread Bronco ANALysis

So they are getting 1/2" of extra lift somewhere (which is similar to my previous tire and spec height analysis).

EDIT: a link to my estimates calculated off of specs: https://www.bronco6g.com/forum/threads/badlands-thread.1943/post-64225

Looks good but I dont think you can measure by the renderings as they do not look to scale. The tires all look far wider and with much more negative offset vs the actual photos to me.

For some reason, Ford's configurator images get the wheels off - they always look slightly larger than in real life.

Woke up today resigned to the fact the Mansquatch is probably a pipe dream. I hate to say it, but I may go auto.
I was resigned to auto from the hop as I have wanted the 2.7 in this thing since they announced it. Was hoping for the 2.7 manual tranny and manual tcase as well. More bummed about no manual tcase myself. But I was over it in under a second with how damn awesome this thing looks.

I'm worried that 2.7 + Sasquatch raises the price $10K.

Hello. I reserved a BD this past weekend. After considering the specifications more I have a few questions I am hopeful someone out there can answer.

First a little background. I currently own a Subaru Outback. It has been a great vehicle and will mostly do what I need. However, there have been a few situations where the ground clearance wasn't sufficient, the water was a bit too high, and the ruts a bit too much for the Subaru. I have considered trading for a Jeep for years...but held back for a variety of reasons. Most of them involved the wandering steering feel and I am hopeful the Bronco with its IFS will be much better.

I want the interior that is more easily washed and like the features found in the BD model. There are a couple of things found on the Badlands that I need help understanding what the significance of that feature is so I can better decide if the Badlands is worth purchasing over the BD. My questions are:
1. How important is the locking front differential? My Subaru is devoid of any manual control over these devices so I have limited experience in what actual, real world benefit it provides. Assuming I cannot add this feature ala-cart, is this something that could be added aftermarket?
2. What is the real world difference between the M190 front axle found in the BD and the M210 front axle found in the Badlands? In what situations would the M190 be a liability?
3. What is the practical difference between a 4.46 final drive and a 4.70 final drive?

I know all of these features can be added with the Squatch package, but I do not think I need the 35's. I also know the Badlands comes with upgraded shocks (could be upgraded later if necessary) and a front stabilizer bar disconnect (don't really need) and 33" tires (also could upgrade later). Beyond these and the features mentioned above, is there any other benefit to the Badlands over the Black Diamond?

Hardly. I'm contemplating having custom metal badging made that says "Man-Squatch" for Badlands trimmed 7-speed Broncos that put 35s on and that would be too hung up on it, but we're not quite there yet nor have we started protesting in Michigan.

:p
I will take a set...consider this post my reservation!

Correct me if im wrong or if this has been discussed but i was under the impression you couldnt get 35's on the badlands due to the swaybar disconnect. So what does the sasquatch package get you on the badlands?

This is the first I’ve seen this claim anywhere. Where did you come by this info?

Think he's confusing this. Lots of if's ands and or's, but not that combo. Having the 35s is more of a reason to have the sway bar disconnect. Means you may be actually taking it off road to use as intended.

Badlands here. I'm going to wheel the crap out of it first weekend of ownership. Hoping to stay under 55k (with X-plan) with the following options:

2.7
Sasquatch
High package
Hardtop
X plan is a savings plan?

X-Plan is a predetermined price *IF*

1) Bronco is even X-Plan eligible (rumor is everything but the "First Edition" will qualify. That's just a rumor though. Nothing confirmed officially yet)

2) Your local dealer accepts X-Plan pricing.

I don't want to pay full MSRP. Many may cancel if that's the case.

And, this thread may help you find an accommodating dealer. I did see an article earlier today that said Ford was prohibiting ADMs on reservations for the Bronco, though. https://www.bronco6g.com/forum/thre...m-x-plans-special-discounts-master-list.2010/
