I wish I had been prescient (and rich) enough about 30 years ago to start buying up Broncos and Bronco parts before they started getting expensive.
I'd build them all kinds of different ways - stock, street, trail, hardcore rockcrawler, prerunner, Trophy Truck, muscle truck, extended cab, pickup, drag racer, road racer, autocrosser....so many choices.
The early Broncos used so many parts from other vehicles (F100, Mustang, Falcon,etc) they can be turned into almost anything.

After watching the video all I can say is that it looks goofy to me. Sort of like a toy. Those tiny tires are just wrong.
