Our Overland winch bumper is build to beat. Constructed of a mix of 1/4" and 3/16th" steel. The winch plate is the start of it all it's where the beef starts 1/4" plate formed and gusseted for those hard winch pulls. The winch is set lower directly in front of the frame rails reducing the lever arm pulling action you would get from it mounted above the bumper. The recessed winch mount limits you to the smaller size 10k winches like the WARN Evo10k/12K and relocation the solenoid is required/recommended with most winches. have a under hood kit available as well for the WARN Evo winches to relocate the solenoid to the engine bay.

The top of the bumper is left open with a lower air intake hole As well as the Stainless steel mesh vents to allow air flow to the intercooler directly behind it. We have tested this set up blocked with a Warn EVO 10k winch. With just over 2500 miles towing our X-100 expo trailer, up grades towing at 80mph with 95 degree ambient temps, Daily street driving, low and slow off road, go fast off road driving. all with no engine cooling issues on the 2.7L.
100% made in the USA!
We tucked the main section as far back as possible without cutting into the frame horns. It would be hard to find recessed a winch bumper tucked tighter than ours that doesn't require cutting. That limits you to the smaller platform winches like the Warn EVO 10k or 12k. The winch is a very tight fit so relocation of the solenoid is required in order to raise the bumper all the way to the grille.
Our D ring mounts are Cut from 3/4" plate steel and tumbled for 18 hours to soften the edges.
They are a full passthrough welded 5" along the winch plate for worry free recoveries.
The laser cut mesh air vent plates are made from tumbled finished 14 gauge 304 stainless steel. They can be left raw or you can paint them to accent your build.
Our powder coating "Included" is unlike anything else in the industry.
It's a completely field repairable thermoplastic coating you can fix with a heat gun or blow torch
(Yeah I said you can fix it with FIRE!). Laid on ultra thick for long lasting protection you will not see anything else like it on the market well that's until they all start using it.

No bull bar
With bull bar and four KC flex LEDs blocks some but not all of the view.
