BD 2D advanced 4x4 without SAS?

So as usual I am confused by the build and price. There is a comment in build and Brice that Sas will automatically be added to a black diamond when Advanced 4x4 is added to a 2 Dr. So can you only get advanced 4x4 on a black diamond with SAS? Or is this yet another B&P mistake?
