Hello,

I’m running 285/70/17 on my big bend 2.3 with the 3.73 axle ratio.

I’m willing to go icon 2.5 suspension but I really need your advice whether going to 315/70/17 or the same size of tires 285.

most likely driving on road and going offroad occasionally.
What’s your advice for the best setup possible. Thanks alot.

If they are the Icon 2.5 EXPs, that is what I have with 285/75R17 set at the lower height for the standard spring, roughly 1.5" of lift.

A lot of reasons to go either way - depends on what you want to do with it / why you think you want bigger tires

Keep in mind bigger tires will significantly affect your fuel mileage

Anything bigger than 33s with 3.73 gears is prob not a good idea. Get a set of sas takeoff shocks for a really nice 1.5ish” lift that isn’t super expensive - still looks good with 33s but will give you the little extra clearance you r gonna want off-road every now and then. Get skid plates too and you will be set.
