Black Paint on Factory Wheels is Painted or Powdercoat?

I have the gray trim ring, bead lock capable wheels ordered, w/33 tires. Is the black paint powder coat? I ask because I want to have them painted a silver color scheme. I don't like black wheels.

Idk but I think the rings are powder coated. I took my silver ones off to get them powdered coated black and one fell off a work bench onto a concrete floor and didn't leave even the slightest mark. Maybe it just hit at the right angle or something.
