Body Lift

I have a question (possibly silly)

I thought I would post to a current thread that already started but I searched and didn't see anywhere to post this.

I have a current reservation for on a Badlands with the possible option in mind of adding the Sasquatch. However the only advantage I see for the badlands are the 2" lift and 35s.

Hence my question would be (and not only for the Badlands) is has anyone considered and how viable option would it be to go with a 2" body life and just adding the 35's and new flares?

It would keep the price down and for those that are just wanting the extra lift, especially those like myself that already have the Badlands in mind.

A body lift will allow for clearing larger tires but won’t change the overall ground clearance of the truck.

So if you want 35” just for the style that might be enough to prevent tires from rubbing.

What about the optional (e.g. Black Diamond) High-Clearance Suspension? Do you figure that's just a different shock absorber??
