What size pistons? The Bronco has twin 2” pistons on the front... so not too bad.

Ok - then just bigger rotors and calipers- which makes it least expensive. What size pistons? The Bronco has twin 2” pistons on the front... so not too bad.

Certainly an improvement over the 11” front rotors and rear drums on my 87 Bronco. With 35” tires it didn’t stop great, but the rear disc conversion helped. That is not the Bronco spec, here it is.
Rotor diameter/thickness, Front 311 mm (12.25") x 34 mm, Rear 308 mm (12.12") x 24 mm

They are working on in now. Lethal Performance has some ranger raptor ones that likely fit but they have to do more testing to confirm.Has anyone heard whether Brembo will have brakes for the Bronco?
There are SCCA classes that have settled on 12 inch rotors as spec because that is the largest size available on 1990s Camaros and Corvettes...Yeah, that's too small for 33" or 35" tires. I bet they upgrade them next year. I read the Wrangler is 12.9" front/rear, and the Sahara and Rubicon get heavier duty than the standard 12.9" so I'm sure Ford will follow suit.
Hey, I'm running 37 KO2s on my 2dr Wildtrak and the braking is very good!!! I will upgrade my pads n rotor when they're due. I believe I saw PowerStop currently have upgrades from factory.Interesting how pedal feel and stopping power will compare between models with the smallest tires and those with the largest. Stopping with 37's might be awful on stock brakes!
It does have bigger brakes from the F150Has anyone scoped to see if the upcoming Bronco Raptor has an upgraded brake package? If it uses the same hubs, it would be a relatively easy and accessible upgrade through Ford itself.
