Finally found a Bronco and getting shipped to our current duty station. It’s the 2.3 and I was looking to do the new Ford tune. Would it better to wait until after a break in period, or do it right off the bay so it breaks in with the tune?

Realistically it won't matter too much.

However, in order to get a warranty for the tune, it must be installed by a dealer or an ASE certified tech. So if you are installing it yourself, it may make sense to wait 1000-2000 miles before installing it just to make sure everything is solid.
