There is a whole litany of things people have experienced and warned about to look for when you do go to inspect your new ride. At some point there was a thread trying to track items of note, but I don't know if you need to go look for it. I would just suggest taking your time and try to be diligent and if something looks out of whack just make sure you get the dealer to recognize it and arrange to have it fixed to your liking before you sign and drive. Also, some people are pickier/less picky than others so something that bothers one of the nut jobs on this forum may not bother you or the next person at all.

Really inspect the swinggate and the trim on both sides of the swinggate. Look for gaps that are not in alignment. That's been the biggest issue on mine.

I had just started a list today for when my rig comes in. I'm sure there's lots more, but here you go:

Roll cage scratches from soft top frame
Rear left panel/tailgate fitment
Hoses/clamps
Hood alignment

look at it under good lighting - once it has been washed - every inch of it.

check fluids - I had no wiper fluids - and others were low.
