Found out the hard way that upgrading the wheels on a non-SAS Badlands to Method Trail 703s can cause some wheel rub on the front crash bars since the Methods are a little wider/different offset than stock Badlands wheels. Also, I have the capable bumper so removing the front crash bars was not straight-forward.
I thought I would have to remove the whole capable bumper but I found that I could just remove the trim on the back edge of each side and then get the crash bars out.
5/16 socket/wrench gets the bumper rear trim bolts off.
15mm socket/wrench works well on the crash bar bolts. Had to spray the bolts with some WD40 to help loosen them.
Hope this helps someone if then end up where I did
