Bronco Build & Price date

I check a couple things fairly regularly (as most of you do) just seeing if anything is visibly happening - looking for signs that they are getting close to rolling it out.

There is a compare page where you can see the models side by side. First, they made it much harder to find than it was originally - instead having most links now send you the the line up PDF. Then, the image pathing changed and it starting displaying sports, even though the page is still accurate to the 2dr/4dr Bronco in all other ways. This happened a day or two before the Bronco Sport B&P tool went live.

Today, the proper pictures starting coming back, but not for all models, so they are tinkering in there again. Don't know that it means anything, but I thought I'd share.

So there’s the event sept 9-sept 12. It would be perfect timing to shift the hype to their build and price feature on the website either during or immediately following. Most importantly: where’s my bronco?

Not a bad theory!! I get a weird suspicion, or gut feeling, that the B&P wont be opened up until the end of the month. Really thinking our best bet is Tuesday the 29th.

Not a keyboard was stirring, not even the click of a mouse

The Bronco reservations were made at Ford.com with care

In hopes that Build and Price would soon be there;

In hopes that Mike Levine and his rock star programmers would soon arrive;

The rock crawlers and dune runners were all snug in their beds

While visions of boulders and sand dunes danced in their heads;

And mamma in her “Built Wild” ‘kerchief, and I in my Bronco cap,

Had just settled down for a long September’s nap,

When through the computer there arose such a clatter,

I sprang to the screen to see what was the matter.

Away to the keyboard I flew with a flash,

Booted up the browser but how could I be so rash?

The glow of the monitor was like new-fallen snow

Gave a lustre like Cyber Orange to all things below

When what to my weary eyes should appear,

But a post with wisdom and guidance was here,

With key strokes and responses so lively and quick

I knew in a moment it had to be our bud Albert from @Granger Ford

More rapid than the 2.7L his advice came,

And many times he even gave his posts a name,

Now @Administrator Doug!, Now @JAGSarge !, Now Moderators all

To the top of screen to update the wall!

Now refresh away! refresh away! refresh away all!

As dried tears that before Build and Price can fly,

When soon-to-be Bronco owners meet an obstacle so high,

They raise their voices to the sky,

Through the servers their requests to Mr. Levine flew,

They promised that he would be like St. Nicholas too.

But the programmers away flew like a whistle,

But I heard them say as they drove out of site,

"By September" will give them so much fright!

Happy waiting for Build and Price to take flight;

Until then to all, I wish a good night!
