Oh yeah don’t misinterpret my translation as appropriate corporate comm. it’s an attempt at being forward thinking crumbling into junk show due to lack of execution period.

I’m with you guys, what a mess…. I’m waiting since 7/15/20. It’s nice to see people are speaking up. I read some posts of people telling their issues with there vehicle and guys were bashing them, saying at least you got one, etc.

We are spending good money, everyone works hard. If you screw up you get fired. Ford needs to get their stuff together quick, from PR to production. We don’t need purple smoke, we want facts and real transparent communication.

I'd be fine if they'd just leave me alone until they're ready to announce B&P for MY22. I'm still excited about getting a Bronco, but for now I'm just trying to keep my old junk running until it comes.
In the meantime, I had to do 4x4 trails in Moab and Colorado in a f*ckin Subaru (with almost 300k miles)... disgraceful.

Different departments. On the bright side, be thankful the communications, marketing and I.T. people aren't working on your truck. :)

At this point it's painfully obvious that whatever marketing team or agency owns the email program for Bronco is completely out of touch with the team that is sending out actual vehicle-specific emails, because there is a mile-wide gap between what these junky promotional emails say (let alone the impression they leave) and the legitimate vehicle updates that we actually want.

These emails are laughable. There is zero awareness form their end that we Bronco owners KNOW the cars are in production.
We KNOW that there's an event called the Off-Roadeo.
We are not impressed with a 2+ month old news story about software updates. Why tf would you even bother sending this if it serves no purpose?
How is any of this information relevant, informative, or confidence-boosting? It is not.

Ford is doing an absolutely horrific job at managing client expectations, from on the ground production delays, to marketing and responding to customer questions.

God, what a cl*sterf*ck this whole thing is. These sh*tty emails only make things worse.

Very hard to find, possibly myth, possibly real. But if found, capture it and hold in captivity. 😂
