Gotta say, Esteban is just full of it. Says he doesn’t know why the stay bar has been added and will have to talk to engineering, then, a few minutes later he is talking in detail about hub bearings in Bronco Raptor. Really?

He also just found out about the temp dial changes. He is BRAND MANAGER.

Added to 4dr with Sasquatch.

One theory is that was done so they could offer roof rack on those in MY22 which they did not do in 21. The stay bar would, presumably allow for the extra weight up top.

would have been helpful to hear him address why it was there, rather than just playing dumb.

Yeah it screamed of "big company" issues.

Engineering didn't document all the changes, so the public relations, brand, and communication teams didn't know of all the changes, and they only find out when we in the public discover them and talk about them on forums

Classic big company "we don't know how to communicate internally" issues.

They added a stabilizer bar to the rear axle on all 4dr Sasquatch packaged Broncos.

Honestly not a huge issue, it's a bolt on part so if you don't want it you can just remove it. Just one of those things that wasn't documented so we didn't know until after people got delivered 2022 Broncos.
Yep, all of this.
Plus, it would be great to hear that there actually is a Ford roof rack solution for 4dr Sasquatch. They have been saying there would be beginning in ‘22.

Excuse my ignorance but...why might a person want to remove the rear stabilizer bar?
