I went to the Texas Off-Roadeo and was blown away by the production. They definitely don’t skimp on the production or the food. You eat all day of you want on the snacks. Dinner and lunch was catered by the Horseshoe Bay Resort and far exceeded our expectations. The people that work the base camp and the trails are all exceptional. Awesome experience. Especially for the price of admission, assuming you bought a Bronco.

Yup, two meals. Lunch about half way through the day, and dinner after the day is over.
The exception to that rule is on Sundays, which have have a later start time. Lunch is available as you arrive before the day starts, and there is no break outside of a short 15 min restroom/coffee break. Because there is no meal break, the overall day is shorter.

As others stated, yes. I was NOT impressed by the food at the NH location, but everything else made up for it.
Lunch was cold sandwiches at the top of the mountain with bug juice. Dinner was chicken marsala, roast beef, roasted vegetables, roasted potatoes, green salad, and stuffed mushrooms. The bonfire is a couple fire pits with s'mores.

Heading down to Off-Roadeo Texas tomorrow, to drive on Friday with my younger son. Should be a great father-son experience!

If you're headed to NH...
What they do for you in terms of activities and instruction FAR make up for any shortcomings with regard to accommodations and food. If you're expecting high-end food service, you will end up being disappointed. They provide FREE food for 2 meals (on Fri/Sat) - I hardly cared about the food because they went to great lengths on the rainy day we were there to do as much as possible. I was thoroughly impressed with both the instructors (who walked most of the way in the rain, following us) and the capabilities of the Bronco.
If you want to stay close, look for Gunstock Inn & Suites right outside the resort entrance. There are cheaper options nearby, but nothing closer than this place.

Just did Vegas. Everything was great. Bring an action cam/dash cam and mount it to the rear view mirror with suction cup. Dash mount catches too much hood. We wished the day hadn’t ended.
