It looks like the naked color of these new tops is white, based on the interior pics. I hope the final release is not like that. Are the Heritage white mod tops white on the inside as well?

They're not white. They're a dark gray/black color. I went and checked last night to make sure after I saw the white interior on this one.

Well, the extra mall crawling capability is well worth the $5k asking price... Because you know that most of them will never see dirt.

The inside of my mod top is nowhere near this nice! It's blackish/gray and chalky looking, this actually looks finished compared to mine!

This is a newly designed top from a different manufacturer. ford clearly new the mic was a problem and to not continue it. This is the top we should have got.

Its not just a painted mic top. Rear windows are removable, inside is much cleaner finish, there is even a trim seal between the transition from rear cargo panel to top:

Will the new tops be white like that on the inside on production models? If so, that’s trash. I would stick with the regular MIC off that alone.

Good question. IIRC someone said they are black or grey inside which is contrary to these pictures.
