I don't know from personal experience, but I know someone that was in a DUI accident.
They got covered like normal, then dropped.
When you get your license back, and you try to get insurance, good luck. The rates would be outrageous.

The DUI becomes an automatic felony when you destroy a bronco, and there might be a prison enhancement since a raptor was the victim. He is looking at 25 to life. ;-)
