I do not understand the benefit of this list. Is it just to see what different people are getting?

I called Marketing again and they started a case for me to "look into this". I made it a point to say dealerships knew the procedure to change dealerships was possible but when I called Marketing, they didn't know and now I'm being penalized. I'll keep everyone updated when I know but I assume there won't be a resolution for a few days.

Called Marketing again and spoke with a supervisor within the dept. Essentially they are saying they can't "un-cancel" a reservation or adjust timestamps. I was beyond pissed because I am getting penalized because a Ford rep. gave me inaccurate information. The Marketing supervisor called my new dealership on my behalf to see if the dealership's dealer-facing rep. can do anything for me.

It's completely asinine that Ford Corporate is okay with just saying "We screwed up, but we want the independently-owned dealership to fix our mistake." Classic throw the problem over the fence...
