where did you get it done? I was looking for a local place in NY but ended up doing myself. There’s no way Im as thorough as a shop and will probably get it done professionally somewhere eventually but I’m planning to hit the beach in the next week or so. My Subaru STi after 10 years front and rear subframes rusted out, oil pan rusted through, etc. Subaru quoted me like $8k to replace/fix lol.I had mine done with wax undercoating, it's semi-hard, not sticky, matte black and somewhat self healing. It looks great! They used regular oil undercoating inside the frame rails and all crevices. It was expensive but upkeep is cheap and less frequent than regular oil (900 up front, 99 every 2 years for touch ups) I've had cars done with oil before and I'm a believer, I splurged on the Bronco since I didnt want the semi-mess that can come with oil. It's my first new car and as a kid I watched my parents beloved 1985 Bronco completely rust out twice (they had it restored once, life in New England plus saltwater boat ramps) I intend to have mine a very, very long time
