As a consolation, hope you stocked up your meat freezer for the winter BBQs 🍖👍
Dude I wish. I was on the freeway for over 4 hours waiting for a tow. The deer was soo jacked up couldn’t do anything about it. The positives… no one was hurt, the bronco is a beast, it’s just a car!

Indeed, always great when no one gets injured. They should get one of those Snoqualmie animal crossing bridges on that section.

geeze... i'm glad you're ok. sucks that this happened but your health and any passengers you may have had is more important than the car. glad you have the right attitude and focusing on the positives.

I’m in Bremerton. This was near Gig Harbor

Glad you're okay. Dang I'm in the middle of gig harbor, at least it wasn't the resident bears.

A serious flex would've been to have posted this in the "what did you do with your Bronco today?" thread. I know you've got to be sick, so I'm trying to lighten the mood. It's how we deal with crappy stuff out here. After you affirm you're mostly okay, we kick you in the balls till you laugh.

Dang. I’m glad you and yours are ok. I’ve tagged a few deer in my time, it can be very scary. This is a legit concern of mine as our kids start to drive, so many elk around where we live. Best of luck with the repairs.

It appears that the deer didn't turn its head to look for traffic until after the accident.

Glad to hear your OK and sorry for the damage to your Bronco!

How much did you feel in the cab? Looks like the crumple zone in the hood worked well.

I hit one doing 60 in my f150 while pheasant hunting in Kansas and airbag didn’t deploy. It killed the power to the vehicle. The antler went through the radiator and I had to trailer it back to Texas. 17k in damages to fix it. I have a jcr push bar in my garage waiting for a vin for my bronco.

I have the LOD bumper. Very sturdy, almost deer tested.

I had not seen that one yet, yeah that looks beefy enough to take on bambi. 😁

I have hit 2, no damage except for a temporarily missing plate. My luck is going to run out I fear. I hope not with my new Bronco. (If I ever get it)
