I came across someone working the Bronco line on a FB group today. She said part of the Bronco line shutdown started due to body shop being behind producing A pillars but now the big problem is TCU's. Said she has been there 10 years and doesn't remember body parts ever being a hold up. Here is the chat with her I am assuming 80,000 has to be across all Ford models.

Its a holding area approximately 5 miles Southwest from MAP. Map has its own rail yard behind the plant with holding area, so its not that.

5 miles from the factory and rail pickup sounds like long term storage to me.

I would think there are far more in purgatory. Look the number of units built each day and use the percentage delivered on b6g as an approximate. Now, realize this goes back to early December.

Agreed. I was estimated B6G percentage or number. Given the number we see now I think 10K on hold is an easy estimate.
