Bumper light solution with JCR Prerunner bar

Is there a way to easily mount 2 to 3 lights on top of mod bumper with a JCR Prerunner Bar installed - similar to Swarfworks set up (which I’m told only works with factory safari bar)

Is that winch plate made by Turn Off-road ??

Hi guys. Yes it's the turn offroad winch plate with the camera relocation kit. Just a FYI but they were great to deal with. Also did the horn reinforcement. The bar is a zroadz Baja bar. Like it as well as it does not wrap around the end plates of the bumper.. note that I purchased the light clamps for the larger 2 lights from Amazon as the adjust for the bar angle.
