For those interested in the installation, the instructions have been completed. Pretty cool look into the design as this details the small things customers will appreciate - internal wire passages with predetermined zip-tie locations, clean integration of factory parking sensors, inclusion of light brackets and wiring harnesses for the lights, PEM-nuts in locations that would be hard to get a wrench on a nut, etc.

That's a nice looking bumper. About how much does this weigh?
Thank you! Sorry, overlooked this one. It's right at 100lbs including the brackets, bolts and wiring. The box containing everything is 105lbs.

Thats a smart-looking Bumper. I do love the hidden style winch look. Low side and front profile as well. Looks to have a very good approach angle.

@Carli-Dan, good instructions and parts list. Question about lights. Looks like your recommended approach is all four lights are on one up fitter switch. Could it also be done where the front-facing lights are wired into the factory fog lights, and the side-facing S2s are on an upfitter? Could this be done with your supplied wiring harness or would I need to source another harness to use the front facing as fogs?

The provided harness runs the XL80s to one power source and S2s on a second power source; they’re not run together

You can tap the XL80 into the factory fog harness and run the S2 to an upfitter, no problem!

How strong are the front recovery points… asking for a friend.

Here is a practical measurement.
The idea is to show how small of an impact our bumper/winch makes on the front facing camera.

In this picture above, I moved the 2x4 as close as I could just before it was completely covered by the bumper.

Any strength tests for the bumper wings? Will they support the vehicle weight?

I love the design features (although not cosmetically appealing):

1. Winch Feet Forward (strongest mounting for forward pulling)
2. Front Lights (LOVE the XL80s on our Super Duty)
3. Semi Hidden (below grill and tucked in)
4. Tight to body (for front winch mount)
5. Great clearance (at bumper ends)
6. Detailed wiring provisions (routing & securing)
7. Intercooler air flow (this is incredibly important and often overlooked)

What I don't like:
Bolt Together Design. This may be a deal killer for me. I get the advantage for shipping but it's only shipped once and forever mounted on the truck. For both strength and appearance (rather obvious seam).

Our use would be for rock crawling (Bronco Raptor). Strength is crucial. Those front bumper wings would need to take a rock hit head on and vertical drops.

Great work. We enjoy the Carli products on our Super Duty.

Is the winch control pack relocated? Instructions are detailed but didn't see notes on the winch.
