Changing Sirius radio station from steering wheel controls?

I’m wondering how to just change the radio station on Sirius from the steering wheel. When I do it now it changes the source so it will send me to AM, then FM. I’m sure this is an easy fix. Thanks in advance for the help.

I have favorites in Sirius but I don’t believe presets

Tho only way I can change my Sirius stations on my F150 from the steering wheel is my presets. For some reason it doesn’t just change to the next channel.

Program all of your favorite Grateful Dead and rock stations. The arrows on the right side of the wheel. Voice controls also work great. I am able to open my car via Siri and voice control

Yup, for radio fwd/back buttons, it only toggles your presets...
You get 3 pages of them

You should also be able to press the voice activation button and just say, "Sirius channel insert channel number here" I'm not sure if saying the channel name works but numbers for sure work

This is true and I was a bit surprised this was the only way as well. With the number of stations now available it seems the automakers are giving us less options/ways to easily change the stations... I still am not use to it as it essentially only gives me about 8 Sirius Channels and 2 Terrestrial Radio channels to scroll thru (recall that you can mix terrestrial and satellite radio stations in the presets).

You can add up to 5 or 6 pages, from memory. I did this in my Bronco and 2019 F150. I started noodling around in the settings and found the way to set how many pages you can see.

Yep, the setting is under “SiriusXM” in the “Settings” section. The last line sets the number of pages you can preset.

This is an odd place for this feature to be located because you can use the presets for any radio stations as well.
