Charging system service soon

My 2022 2 door 2.3 badlands manual trans. started popping up the service charging system now/soon light at around 4k miles. Been back to the dealership 3 times, Monday morning will be number 4. First time they said it was a bad bcm, they ordered it I brought it back when the part came in and it was ok for a day and a half or two days before the lights came back on, this time accompanied by service 4x4 and service soon. It also had a dead gas pedal like 8 times on my way back to the dealership, (it never stalled but wouldnt accelerate or respond to my foot.). He called me the next day, said there were PID's that weren't addressed to sensors so they updated the computer, I picked it up two days ago. Now the service 4x4 and service soon lights still pop up but not the service charging system even though the voltage is fluctuating like crazy. Seems like they just shut the service charging system notifications off in forscan last time and gave it back to me.

I was getting the charge fault until I started keeping my key fob in a faraday bag.

A customer actually gave me a Faraday bag, I'm pulling over and trying that now. I already tightened the 7mm bolts on the fuse box and re-seated all the fuses.

I use mine at home. Also lock the truck even in the garage. Seems to help put it to sleep therefore using less battery.

It took a 2-day diagnostic in the Service dept to get mine to stop this error message. I knew all was OK - Alternator working within spec and Battery was charged properly. I did lose almost all of the Forscan settings (Double Honk, Fog Lights, etc) in the process and had to reset all of those. I wish you luck in finding a solution and hope it is not detrimental to enjoying the Bronco.

I’ve had multiple service engine lights , etc… come up on my 2022 Black Diamond 4 door too . I’m taking it back to the Dealer on Monday for the 4th time now . It’s really aggravating since there isn’t even 7000 miles on mine yet .

Picked it up yesterday, they said they saw the code for 4x4 and did some reprogramming to that and it should be set. I put about 100 miles on it yesterday and no warning lights came on, but the voltage still continuously fluctuates between 12.8 and 14.3. I'm not convinced it's fixed but I'll update in a few days when I have another chance to drive it.

Service charging system now light came on Saturday afternoon. Today is Monday morning, just talked to the service manager,he asked me to bring it in Tuesday night so the guy who's been working on it can check it out wednesday.

They replaced the alternator. They said the voltage regulator was faulty. It's been a few months now and no more service charging system notifications.
