Might be a good idea to make a NHTSA report. If they get enough of them they can pressure Ford into issuing a safety recall

Just the uppersI'll have to check. 21 sas. Have not wheeled it much as we've been taking the jeep but now I'm curious. Are any on the cracks you found on the lowers or all on the uppers?
Im not really sure what this means yet. So far Iāve established that about 50/50 of all broncos produced in 2021 have the weaker open design vs the stronger boxed design.I think this shows the Bronco was only designed to endure the off-roading the Offrodeo presents. Consumers always push the limits. Thats where the aftermarket comes in. Iām sure someone will produce a complete new heavy duty frame.
Simply means in my opinion the Broncos are pushed beyond their limits. The Off rodeo is more in line with the design capabilities. Ford knows what people will do, but canāt build it to conquer any trail. Sure they may tweak areas as they learn whatās needed. But for extreme off roading you need better. I should know, I watch YouTube!Im not really sure what this means yet. So far it seems all 22+ Broncos have the stronger boxed design.
I have yet to see a single failed boxed design and there seems to be no rhyme or reason to who got the weaker, open design in 2021.
The best reason Iāve heard yet is supply chain/Covid crap but who knows.
