My feet cook in mine at -35Ā°C lol.-29 here a couple days ago, no real issues. Steering gets stiff and my feet get cold thanks to Fords worthless, horrible, pathetic, embarrassingly underpowered floor heater but I survived.
Lucy the Bronco on IG is based in Fairbanks and was in the -40s
I seem to have much better results when I turn off the fresh air button ... repeatedly ... probably the single most irritating thing about the new Bronco is that button self resetting every 5 minutes.-29 here a couple days ago, no real issues. Where's the "U"?
Isnāt it kinda crazy that we need two sets of tools? I bet the tool manufacturers love it. Merry Christmas !Name a Country in the world that doesn't use Standard socket ratchets (1/4", 3/8", 1/2")? Sigh......
I keep my windows cracked about 1/8" in this weather (-20 here in southern Montana). Just enough that they don't have to move when you open the door.I went to get into my 2 Door today, and both the driver and passenger windows are froze/stuck shut. 0 degrees outside.
Iām an accounting major, we use dollars and cents . Merry ChristmasThe vast majority of science uses "non SI units acceptable for use with SI", because actual metric units are simply poorly sized for most scientific measurements.
Astronomy uses light years, solar mass units, and AU, instead of meters and kilograms.
Particle physics uses electron-volts, and atomic mass units, not Jules and kilograms.
And of course we use Kelvin not Celsius, but at least those are the same scale.
Vacuum science uses Torr, not Pascals.
E&M is the major exception that actually uses metric units, but that's because the science of E&M came into existence after the metric system.
But my degree is in materials physics.
I work in Northern Quebec and last year we hit -40 in Matagami, good thing we have block heatersSo,
With the Arctic Blast moving through the country and impacting millions of people.
I would like to know who has driven the Bronco in super Cold Temps.
I left work yesterday and it was -1Ā°
The doors were a little sticky but window operation was good -- how it lowers and raises with door.
I'm in Central PA.
So, how did your Bronco handle the cold?
US folks you are gonna be fine.
Central Canada here. I have driven in -40C/-40F. Everyday in winter is around -20C/-4F to -30C/-22F.
Remote start 10 mins helps a lot.
