Temperature Blend Knob

Hi guys, I didn’t notice until today that the little white square on the rubber knob for the temperature blender is not illuminated. Just wanted to check and see if this is even supposed to be illuminated? Maybe it’s just a white painted square?

Mine lights up when the headlights are on... 2022 Black Diamond. I have the aftermarket blue aluminum rings around the controls and had to cut out the spot for the illumination myself.

So maybe it’s only the base models that don’t have illumination?
