Thought I was misreading something but it does appear that every Bronco ever made up until March 17, 2023 is included. I had the issue on the ride home from the dealer (build Feb '23) but not really since. Don't normally drive in the rain enough though to know.

Just got a call from my dealer. They say I have 3 recalls (which I probably do). Rear camera, wiper motor, and seatbelts.

They are coming to me with mobile service on Monday and claim they will perform all 3.

This shows up in my Bronco's profile now, but it's described as a "wiper motor replacement." The number (23B35) is the same.
It says " Wiper Motor software update north America, wiper Motor replacement europe img "

@Ducati1098 do you happen to know what area of the vehicle a tech would need to access to plug in with this flash box? Under the hood? ODB2 port, or somewhere else under the dash? Only asking b/c if it is under steering column I need to clean up some wiring from a couple installs before I bring it in....

It’s under the steering column shrouds. So the steering column trim needs to come off, then the shrouds around the column behind the steering wheel.

Three screws with a power driver and one plug. If you can't get this done in 5 minutes they should take your Snap-On box away. :)

You missed the part where it probably takes 5-10 minutes to program, another 15-? minutes just to get FDRS to work correctly and connect to clear codes, the 5 minutes it takes to write a warranty story, etc… lol things add up quickly with only 18 minutes to get paid.

Is this the first acknowledgement of "dry detection mode" after years of telling us we were imagining it all?
I think it’s always been in the workshop manual, there was just no way to change the sensitivity or do anything about it until now.

If you have the magic box then run out there and plug it in and report back. Be interesting to see if your worse case scenario comes true.

I thought I had followed allow on the whole wiper saga. Maybe I missed that part.
