It’s definitely in there. Might just be a bad angle in the photo.

If that's your photo - and I think it is (admittedly cropped a bit by me but otherwise as you posted it) - there's no weatherstripping (should be on the inside, slightly recessed part so it seals with the hood when closed).

I installed the Dee Zee components today. I got them on Amazon using a gift card, so essentially free. I doubt I'll paint them to body color. The way they come is almost identical in color to the grille and flares. I much prefer the hood and fender lines without the trail sights. I had a '75 Bronco and now my new Bronco reminds me of it much more, especially while driving looking out over the hood.

Having deleted the trail sights feels like reaching a weight-loss goal. I had been looking at the trail sights so long waiting to get rid of them.

Yes, I suppose if you zoom in, you can tell there's weatherstripping peeking through the crack - if you know what you're looking for....

One would not be incorrect for calling me a bit slow. I realized today that those fender trail sights are a lot like gun sights. I thought they looked familiar, and then it dawned on me.

Did you need to prep the sights prior or did the primer advere
how have these held up? and what type of prep work did you have to do prior to hitting it with the primer? Also any specific coating amounts you used because these look amazing. Thanks
