I saw a comment in another thread by @zfischer about adding checking for chipped door glass to a "delivery checklist" and thought it would be good to start a thread for those who have taken delivery to post problems they found at delivery here for quick reference for those who haven't taken delivery to check for before driving off the dealer's lot.

If you've already started a thread about the issues you have found upon delivery, please post a small description of the problem and link to your thread here for everyone's quick reference.

Things I've made a particular note of so far to check extra closely:

Mic top lamination / moulding
For soft top, any abrasion on roll bars, trueness of bolt down alignment
Windshield cracks/chips
Windshield frame
Mirror cowlings and hood
tear or punctures in interior material
Peeling/shedding headliner
Scratches in dash, console or cargo plastics
misaligned panels, bumpers
Edges of door window glass

I went to Brewster Ford to see the Bronco they had and one had a cracked windshield… interesting. The salesperson said it happened in transit

I live in a rural area and can confirm critters eating wiring insulation is a real thing....if fact wiring is typically not coated with rubber/plastic, but a product made of soy, peanut oil, rice husks, and various plant-based materials.

Also not unheard of for rodents to take up residency in the heat/AC system

The hinges on my tailgate have poor finish work. They’re going in for repainting:

I also had a few spots where it appears sand or dust is under the paint/clear coat:

This one was actually factory circles and not fixed before delivery:

I don’t have roll bar rubbing - but, the soft top hardware itself is showing signs of rubbing down to bare metal:

Had a mouse almost chew through the air filter. Lucky it didn't make it through .... I was so nervous checking the intake tract for dust.
Nothing like a dusted motor to ruin your day.

I was more worried about the dealer keeping my Bronco to fix little things that I don’t care about. Walked around it like a blind man and peeled outta there.

The filler panel between the driver's side tail light and the tailgate was improperly installed and the tailgate closed over the top of it. Tailgate paint was chipped on the inside edge, and the panel was damaged. The dealer has ordered a new panel and will paint to match and replace it as soon as it comes in. They will repair the paint chip at the same time. The attached picture is after the panel was reinstalled. The alignment is improved but not correct and the dealer is still replacing it.

The link below is to a very important tool for new Bronco Owners to use during Delivery Acceptance. The inspection items are based on repetitive issues reported by Bronco6g members.
