Does anyone know if there is a way to disable my phone nav (Android, Google maps) so the Bronco automatically uses On-Board Nav? When I start the engine my phone automatically connects and opens Google Maps. When I switch to On-Board Navigation the app on my phone is still open and I cannot stop or close it. I cannot figure out how to disable it in any of the settings on the vehicle or on my phone. I'm not sure if it's using data but it is definitely using my battery life. Thanks for any help. I am a complete newbie to vehicle technology!

I'm not certain, but I think you can try two things.

In Sync 4 under the phone settings, there is an Android icon. If you disable it should not launch Android Auto when it connects via bluetooth.

Second, in your phone's Android Auto settings, under Connected Cars, remove your Bronco from the Accepted Cars list and add it to the Rejects Cars list. This should also disallow Android Auto from running.

Edit: Also turn off "Add new cars to Android Auto" under Android Auto settings.
