My plan was to build a platform that mimicked the tie down points for the on board storage. It’d be flat so it can be hung on the wall when not in use.

To be clear I have only tested this on the doors will be taking my doors off and using in about 3 weeks but haven't used yet.

I did take on add a bag on it and slide it up and see it fit well. 1/2-1in play

All 1in PVC
17-1ft PVC
17-10in insulation
10-tees PVC
14-90s PVC
8-4in PVC (This made the ends about 3/4in bigger than the middle) Just liked the idea of adding a little room on the end ones.
8-2 1/4in insulation

Just came up with this door cart a couple days ago, its been working great! I put a couple things on there the jeep guys didn't think about. The ratchet straps are screwed directly to the top 2x4 (the hook have been removed), so the doors can be held secure without having the metal parts rubbing on the paint. I also cut a grove in the outer 2x4s to hold the rear doors on better. The front doors go on first, paint facing toward the center, then the back doors go on plastic to plastic with the paint facing out.

Really curious to see how this works out, this is damn close to what I had in mind (plus a harbor freight dolly to make it mobile in the garage)

Well it worked

Also if you turn the doors the correct way you can snap the clips if you have the door bags.

I did the dolly but it only cover the 2 middle doors and would tilt. Will need 2 dollies to keep this from happening

This setup takes up a ton of room it does work but just isn't ideal for me.

I plan to have my doors off all summer so space matters I will be going with the wall mount style to save room.

Will be doing something like this when a cheaper option comes out.
