Hell yea, I love it!

Would hard park the shit out of that next to a dozen Teslas on Microsoft main campus (old school style, bldg 8!) And just sit there as chicks numbers are thrown at me from the transit center by the soccer field/helipad!
Thank you. This 1 brings lots of attention.

Those wheels are awful. 🤢
I think the wheel and tire combo looks great, but “eye of the beholder” and all that…
I’d like to know the details on wheels/tires.

WOW did not think i would receive this many replies so fast lol. For those of you looking for spray cans of cactus grey or whatever color you may need there are many local automotive paint supply stores all you have to do is walk in and tell them the color you need and they can mix it and load it into an aerosol for you! This project used 1 can of adhesion promoter, 2 cans of SEM high build primer, a can of SEM grey primer, 2 cans of cactus base coat, and 2 cans of 2k clear glamour.

That looks good. Did you have to do anything special with regards to the paint and flexibility when applied to plastic?

I've only done a limited amount of automotive DIY paint. Some on my FJCruiser and the plastic adhesion promotor and keeping things clean gave me plastic parts that lasted for 8 years that looked as good as new.
I used an adhesion promoter to help it to stick to the plastic that was it so time will tell how that holds up.

Now you've got me foolishly thinking I can pull this off. What type of degreaser do you use? Do you always color match primer with the final color, or could I use a white primer for velocity blue?

I used them long before any Broncos were on the road to figure out what color Area 51 really was. Top quality rattle can and clear coat. It was a fun project and let me realize quick I hated A51 😂

Love how you are hiding it behind that bush so no one sees how ridiculously obsessed you are lol

Nice work. May have you paint my Bronco for me if I ever get one 😂

The primer is determined by the color you are doing so if you go to the store for paint you can ask what the recommended primer color is for velocity blue. I just used commercial wax and grease remover.
