Does anyone else dislike the Gloss grille finish, on Wildtrak?

I am thinking to scuff mine and shoot a coat of Matte Clear on it....Other than the black pony on the tailgate, and the wheels, t's the only glossy black item on the truck....

I personally want to upgrade to the gloss grill from my matte base, but I'd also be interested in gloss mirror caps and potentially gloss handles as well to tie it together.

I'm planning to hyperdip mine as soon as it gets here. prob have to do something more permanent at some point, but $85 for a kit will let me know for sure that's the route I want to go, and if not, I can just peel it off.

Before you go scuffing it up, see if anyone wants to trade you a Badlands grille. There are people on here all the time looking for different grilles than what they got…

Since you're asking, I'm not a fan but I like the standard lights and grille the best and I'm ordering a standard HE with a white grille so what do I know.

Good thing is that Ford did give us variety with the grilles, now they're buried behind certain trims but China seems on top of that limitation.

I'm with the OP...the gloss grill on an otherwise MIC colored vehicle is now out of place.

Originally the WT was supposed to have a gloss black top, gloss black mirrors, maybe even handles But I could be wrong on that one.

Now that everything has gone to MIC colored, the grill makes no sense. I was thinking of doing something else as well.
