I can actually see the clip... What's the other door look like?
Give it a pull and see if you can seat it

Something is not right. I've had all four of my panels off and there are no gaps. The Bronco door panels are designed better than most, pretty easy to remove and install without breaking anything. Pull off the panel and check it out.

Agreed. Mine fit really well and are easy to take off. I'd say pull it loose and see what's keeping it from seating properly.
