I mean getting out with my keys in my pocket while the engine is running. Used to double honk at me when I did (annoying) now it doesn’t.

Hell mine double honked at me when I started it yesterday. It happens periodically. I hope an OTA update fixes it but I'm not holding my breath, they are more interested in Alexa than the Bronco it seems.

I knew what you meant the first time, was making a joke because the latest OTA removed some other features accidentally.

Either your door isn’t fully closing when you step out or you’ve gotten pretty lucky with an incidental mod… let’s hope yours sticks that way then?

Lucky you - In Canadian models, when we get out of the vehicle while it's running, we get double honks from this guy. And he's kind of a dick about it too...

This would absolutely make my day. I haven't tested since the latest OTA that gave full screen CarPlay. I try to avoid this situation at all costs. I'll try at lunch time.

I hope Ford sees this and reacts to my comment.
I never leave the keys in my vehicle. When I am packing my vehicle in the winter for a trip my neighbors are the recipients of a double honk every time I close the door in the early morning.
Please consider deleting that function on the Bronco.
